This may include defining the key initiatives with specific steps to reaching a vision, business and financial planning, finding the next executive director or board development. The assessment reveals the gaps, vision defines the future, we will help define the strategies for growth. Workshops with key leaders (staff and volunteers), led by the KALEIDOSCOPE inc team, will define strategies that provide energy, vision and excitement for the future.
